Equine veterinary physiotherapy appointments for new or existing clients.
Existing clients
Registered clients will be given telephone contact details on all communications and open communication is encouraged by telephone, text or WhatsApp.
Regular clients are encouraged to reserve diary space to ensure continuity of cover by booking follow-up appointments at the end of each session. The appointments diary is typically booked up well in advance, often several months, however priority is always given to existing clients and the diary can often be "expanded" to accommodate existing clients requiring urgent services.
New clients
Our books are currently open to new clients, however appointment space can be limited and it may not be possible to see new clients straight away. Urgent referrals are always considered and can often be accommodated however, priority will always be given to existing clients and animals already under our care.
We reserve the right to close our books to new clients at any time. If we are unable to accept you as a new client or treat your horse in a timely fashion, you will be referred to suitably qualified colleagues in your area. We recommend veterinary physiotherapists who are NAVP, ACPAT and/or RAMP members (read more here).
