Appointments
Equine veterinary physiotherapy and acupuncture appointments for new and existing clients across Suffolk and surrounding counties.
Existing clients
Registered clients are given direct telephone contact details and are welcome to get in touch by phone, WhatsApp or text . Open communication between sessions is encouraged – if your horse's condition changes or you have questions about their plan, please do not hesitate to contact us.
We recommend booking follow-up appointments at the end of each session to secure diary space. Our diary is typically booked well in advance, but existing clients are always given priority and we will do our best to accommodate urgent needs.
New clients
We welcome new client enquiries. Appointment availability for new clients varies – please contact us to discuss your horse's needs and we will advise on the most appropriate appointment type and likely waiting time.
Urgent referrals are always considered and can often be accommodated. If your horse needs to be seen promptly, please explain the clinical situation in your enquiry and we will do our best to help.
To register a new horse, please complete the new client registration form. New client form here → Or contact us by email with details of your horse and the reason for your enquiry and we will come back to you.
If we are unable to accept a new client or see your horse in a timely way, we will refer you to suitably qualified colleagues in your area. We recommend veterinary physiotherapists who are NAVP, ACPAT and/or RAMP members. Read more here →
The most reliable way to contact us is by email. New client enquiries and appointment requests should be made by email admin@EquilibreVet.co.uk or through the contact form – this ensures nothing is missed. Please note that our Facebook, Instagram and Messenger accounts are not always monitored in real time.
Take a look at our Services and Prices before getting in touch – we want to make sure we're the right fit for your horse.
