We do not routinely need to liaise with your veterinary surgeon when your horse is seen for maintenance or performance veterinary physiotherapy. However, open and professional communication is considered best practice where appropriate.

As a qualified veterinary surgeon, Lorna is legally permitted to carry out veterinary assessment and diagnosis. However, these services are provided in her capacity as a veterinary surgeon with Rossdales Veterinary Surgeons and must be booked separately. For horses undergoing treatment for a specific clinical condition, collaboration with your primary veterinary surgeon is recommended to ensure coordinated care and the best possible clinical outcome.

Terms of business

All prices are not currently subject to VAT.
Payments can be made by cash, cheque or BACS bank transfer.
Payment terms are strictly payment on the day for new clients, within 14 days of invoice for existing clients.
Surcharges including administration fees and interest at 1.00% per month will be applied on all accounts overdue greater than 30 days.
Please give as much notice as possible if a cancellation needs to be made so that your appointment may be offered to another client.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of scheduled appointment will incur a £50 surcharge, payable strictly before any subsequent bookings.
On the day cancellations will incur full charges unless otherwise agreed at our discretion.
