Referral credit - a thank you for sharing

Many clients find us through personal recommendation, and we truly value that trust.

If you refer a new client who goes on to complete their first session, you will receive a £20 courtesy credit to your account and your referral will receive an introductory welcome rate on their first physiotherapy assessment.

A simple thank you for helping us to continue to grow through word of mouth.

How referral credits work

• Existing clients receive a £20 account credit for each eligible referral.

• Existing clients may earn multiple referral credits.

• Credit is added once the referred client has completed and paid for their first session.

• Credits may be redeemed against individual or group visits.

• Referral credits do not stack with group discounts; the higher discount applies.

• Unused credit may be carried forward.

• Credits are non-transferable and have no cash value.

• Referral credits remain valid for 12 months from issue.

• New clients receive an introductory welcome rate on their first appointment.

• The welcome rate applies once per appointment, not per horse.

• A client may only be treated as a new referral once.

• Referral must be declared at the time of booking to be valid.

• Referral credits apply to bookings made from 1st February 2026.
